The reason mobile matters more here than almost anywhere else in the borough is that the vehicles are the business. Timing on the peninsula is unlike anywhere else we cover. Between two and six in the morning the terminal traffic owns the streets around the market, and by mid-morning it has thinned out and there is room to work. That gap is when we prefer to be here, because a vehicle standing still for an hour in the middle of the night is a vehicle blocking somebody's dock. The other local factor is weather exposure.
